Private Group Training

Exercising can only be FUN when shared with friends, family and work colleagues. No matter what your fitness level, shape or size, no-one will feel left out at Natal Health & Fitness.  I cater for every level within one group.  I guarantee you will never be held back nor left behind in a group training session. 

Minimum of 3 participants in each group.

Maximum of 10 participants in each group.

 

You don't need to be having a baby or having had one to benefit from these sessions. You just need a desire to get fit and healthy!
