At Natal Health & Fitness I pride myself on helping YOU achieve YOUR health & fitness goals. A Personal Training session means that you have the full attention of your trainer/midwife….without competing for attention in a group environment. I offer 'One on One' Personal Training & 'Two on One' Personal Training.
- A Personal Training session is defined as one (1) session per week (60 minutes duration).
- Training location is within 10 km of the Perth CBD. Location is negotiable.
